摘要：选取中小板上市民营企业公司治理结构中的几个变量,研究其对企业业绩的影响。尝试提出完善中小企业治理结构的一些方法,提高中小民营企业公司业绩。
This paper chooses several variables in corporate governance structure of small and medium private enterprises, and analyzes their effect on the performance. It tries to sum up some methods to improve the governance structure of small and medium enterprises.
