摘要:研究探讨了双极膜电渗析法(BMED)在牛磺酸钠制备牛磺酸中的应用,旨在解决传统结晶分离法收率低和操作复杂的问题。研究使用SED-30型双极膜电渗析装置,考察了电极电压、盐碱室体积比、原料浓度和循环流量等因素对牛磺酸分离性能的影响。结果表明,随着电极电压、盐碱室体积比、原料浓度和循环流量的增加,牛磺酸钠的转化率得到提升。在优化条件下,即电极电压为13 V、盐碱室体积比为1∶1、原料浓度为42.31 g/L、循环流量为150 L/h,分离时间为40 min,牛磺酸的单程收率可以达到约95%。研究结果为牛磺酸的高效、环保生产提供了新方法,具有重要的工业应用潜力。
The application of bipolar membrane electrodialysis(BMED)in the preparation of taurine from sodium taurine was studied in order to solve the problems of low yield and complex operation of traditional crystal separation method.A SED-30 bipolar membrane electrodialysis device was used to investigate the influence of factors such as electrode voltage,saline-alkali chamber volume ratio,raw material concentration and circulating flow rate on the taurine separation performance.The results show that with the increase of electrode voltage,saline-alkali chamber volume ratio,raw material concentration and circulating flow rate,the conversion rate of sodium taurine is improved.Under the optimized conditions,including electrode voltage of 13 V,saline-alkali chamber volume ratio of 1∶1,raw material concentration of 42.31 g/L,circulating flow rate of 150 L/h,and separation time of 40 min,the one-way yield of taurine could reach about 95%.The results provide a new method for efficient and environmentally friendly production of taurine,which has important industrial application potential.
