摘要：敏捷软件开发方法正逐渐成为软件开发的新模式。针对这一趋势,文章分析了敏捷方法的核心理念和特点,并结合RUP、XP、FDD等敏捷方法,提出了适应中小型软件企业的敏捷软件开发方法――AUP,并成功地进行了实践。
Agile software development becomes one of the most rational development patterns. According to the trend, this paper analyzes the characteristics of agile methodology, and studies agile methodologies such as RUP, XP and FDD. Then it proposes a new agile methodology-AUP for small and medium software enterprises. Finally, it takes a practice to prove it.
