摘要:用具有同等碳链长度和相似结构的阳离子表面活性剂CTAC、十六叔胺分别与非离子表面活性剂AEO9复配制得两种煤油微乳土酸体系。考察了助表面活性剂的碳链长度及用量对微乳土酸体系相行为的影响,并得到了微乳区较大的良好体系。比较了煤油微乳土酸体系和同等浓度下的常规土酸溶液分别与石英砂、大理石、标准钢片的反应,结果表明,与相同浓度的土酸溶液相比,煤油微乳土酸体系的缓速反应效果显著。
Microemulsified acid were prepared mixing cationic surfactant(CTAC) with nonionic-surfactant(AEO9),mud acid,oil(kerosene) and cosurfactant.The influence of the carbon chain length and the amount of the cosurfactant were studied.We've got two kinds of systems that have big amount of microemulsified acid region.The salt tolerance ability and the controlled acid release were also observed.Compared with the same concentration mud acid solution,the corrosion inhibition performance of the kerosene microemulsified mud acid system was remarkable.
