摘要:采用化学共沉淀法制备锑掺杂二氧化锡 ( ATO)超细导电粉体 ,研究了反应温度、滴定终点 p H值、掺锑量及锻烧温度对粉体导电性的影响 。
Ultra fine conductive ATO(Antimony Doped Tin Oxide) powders were prepared with chemical copreciptation method. The mechanism of the ATO powders' conductivity is discussed, from the results gained in this paper the conductivity is induced by the antimony oxide in ATO powder which produce the charges to conduct the electricity. Effects of reaction temperature, terminal pH, doping Antimony content and heat treatment temperature on the conductive properties of ATO ultra fine powders have been discussed. The result of the experiment shows that Na + residues in the powders prepared under low temperature and high pH will be harmful, the content of antimony oxide must be optimized; and the cineration temperature must be beyond 500°C and below 1 000°C.
