摘要:以 HF-1 0 1型强酸型离子交换膜为催化剂 ,对丙酸与异戊醇的酯化反应进行了研究。考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比及催化剂的套用次数对酯化率的影响。探讨其最佳反应条件为 :酸醇摩尔比 1∶ 1 .3 ,反应时间 90 min,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的 6.5 % ,反应温度为回流温度 ,酯化率 98%。催化剂套用 8次后酯化率仍在 80
Isopantyl propionate was synthesized by the esterification of propionic acid with isopentanol in the presence of HF-101 strong acidic ion-exchange membrane. The effects of reaction time, amount of the catalyst, acid/alcohol mole ratio and reuse time of membrane without any treatment on the yield were investigated. The esterification yield is up to 98% under the optimum condition.
