摘要:NOVELTY - Optimized bulk plastic molding technique additive comprises 20-50 wt.% long chain dihydric alcohol, 5-3 wt.% short chain dihydric alcohol, 10-50 wt.% saturated dibasic acid, 5-50 wt.% unsaturated dibasic acid, and 0.1-0.6 wt.% organo tin catalyst. USE - The additive is used in vehicle, ship decoration application area. ADVANTAGE - The additive improves the flow property in mold pressing process, has good mechanical property with good surface smooth finish. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing optimized bulk plastic molding technique additive comprising (i) first using long chain dihydric alcohol, short chain dihydric alcohol, organic tin catalyst, adding in the reaction kettle, at 80-100 degrees C, and 400-500 revolutions/minute, reacting for 2-3 hours, (ii) adding saturated dibasic acid in the reaction kettle, at 140-160 degrees C, reacting for 4-5 hours, (iii) taking unsaturated dibasic acid, adding in the reaction kettle, at 170-190 degrees C, reacting for 3-5 hours, (iv) step (iii) obtained optimized group shape mold rubber forming process additive, and BMC raw material evenly mixing.
