摘要：NOVELTY - Self-healing microcapsule comprises wall material and core material, the wall material comprises urea aldehyde, and the core material composed of 95-100 pts. wt. bis-3-methacryloxypropyl tetramethyldisiloxane and 1-5 pts. wt. benzoin isobutyl ether. USE - Self-healing microcapsule useful in concrete (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Self-healing microcapsule has good repairing effect on the concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of self-healing microcapsule comprising mixing bis-3-methacryloxypropylated tetramethyldisiloxane, benzoin isobutyl ether with urea formaldehyde to obtain microcapsule system; then mixing the microcapsule system with water-in-oil solution for in-situ compounding, and separating the self-repairing microcapsules; #self-healing microcapsule coating material comprising microcapsule and coated matrix composition, where the microcapsule is a self-repairing microcapsule and the mass ratio between microcapsule and coated matrix composition is 1:5-10.
