摘要:NOVELTY - The polymer has structural expression as shown in (I). Acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, butyl acrylate and styrene are made to react at 50-100 deg.c under irradiation of irradiation source for 1-5 hr to obtain copolymer. The copolymer is then reflux esterified, amidized and aminated with C12-C24 fatty alcohol, C10-C22 fatty amine and C16-C18 fatty secondary amine in the presence of toluene sulfonicacid or sulfonic acid type strong acid ion exchange resin as catalyst to obtain the destination product. The copolymer of the present invention as the diesel oil low temperature flowability improvercan lower both the solidification point and the cold filter plugging point of diesel oil. In addition, the irradiation polymerization process of the present invention is superior to available polymerization process, which needs water washing resulting in emulsification, lowered yield, environmental pollution and other demerits.
