摘要:NOVELTY - Synthesizing metal nanoparticle having a uniform particle size involves adding metal precursor salt to solvent under ultrasonic condition for 1-5 minutes to obtain precursor solution. The precursor solution is stirred at a temperature of 30-120 degrees C for 20-60 minutes to obtain a clear metal precursor solution, and then vacuum pump is opened to reduce vacuum of reaction system to 0.05-0.01MPa. The heating is carried out in reaction system at a temperature of 100-200 degrees C by a programd temperature, and heating rate is 3-5 degrees C/minute for 1-10 minutes. The temperature of reaction solution is lowered to room temperature, vacuum pump is turned off, and metal nanparticles are obtained by centrifugation. The metal precursor salt is a metal organic metal salt or inorganic metal salt, and solvent is a 10-20C long-chain alkyl amine, and melting point is lower than 55 degrees C. USE - Method for synthesizing metal nanoparticle having uniform particle size. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to synthesize metal nanoparticle having uniform particle size, which has special morphology by changing degree of vacuum and temperature of synthesis system, produce nanoparticle in short time that is 1-10 minutes, avoids long time and energy consumption in traditional nano-synthesis process, and promotes industrial development of nanotechnology.
