摘要:以离心强化传质机理为基础,将天然气脱碳吸收反应引入旋流场内进行;采用实验和CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)两种方法研究了不同条件下旋流反应器内各组分的浓度分布,考察了胺液(MEDA)作为吸收剂对CO2脱除率的关键影响因素。研究结果表明:操作气速有一个最佳范围,在这一气速范围内,CO2脱除率保持在一个较高水平;胺液吸收CO2反应非常迅速,在进入旋流反应器后反应物浓度快速降低,变化趋势呈现旋转涡流的形态;随着进口CO2浓度的增大,CO2浓度衰减的趋势有所减弱。20℃时,D75mm旋流器在进口流量36m3/h工况下,n(CO2)/n(MDEA)在0.25~1.0范围内,其比值越大,CO2脱除率越低;当n(CO2)/n(MDEA)=0.25时,CO2脱除率最高可达99.5%以上,可满足天然气脱除CO2的需要。
Based on the centrifugal enhanced mass transfer mechanism, the absorption reaction for removing carbon dioxide from natural gas is carried out in a cyclone field. The concentration distribution of each component in the cyclone reactor under different conditions was studied by experiments and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). The key factors affecting the removal rate of CO2 by amine (MEDA) solution as absorbent were investigated. The results show that the operating gas velocity has an optimal range, and, in this gas velocity range, the CO2 removal rate is kept at a high level. The amine liquid absorbs CO2 very rapidly. After entering the cyclone reactor, the concentration of the reactants decreases rapidly and the change trend shows the form of rotating vortex. With the increase of the concentration of imported CO2, the rate of CO2 absorption by the amine solution is weakened. At 20℃ and D75mm cyclone inlet gas flow rate of 36 m3/h, the higher the CO2/MDEA molar ratio is in the range of 0.25-1.0, the lower the CO2 removal rate is. When the CO2/MDEA molar ratio is 0.25, the CO2 removal rate can reach more than 99.5%, which can meet the requirements of natural gas for CO2 removal.
