摘要:建立了旋流脱水装置系统,对旋流芯管的压力特性和分离性能进行了试验研究。在进口流量为2.9m^3/h、压降为0.21MPa条件下,该装置可将原油含水量(P)从0.05~0.08降低到平均0.0045以下,平均脱水率达909/5。用磁感应强度为160mT的磁水处理器对分散相进行破乳,强化旋流脱水过程,效果不明显。
Hydroeyclone tester used for oil water separation was set up. The pressure characteristics and separating performance were researched. Under the condition of the feed flow is 2.9 m^3/h and the pressure drop between inlet and overflow is 0.21 MPa, the water content can decrease from 5%-8% to less than 0. 45% and mean dewatering ratio is about 90%. The efficiency is not obvious when 160 mT magnetism was used to intensify hydroeyelone separation.
