摘要：随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,大学生就业难问题变得尤为突出,而近年来由于新冠感染疫情和全球经济不稳定导致部分企业裁员或产业结构转型,大学生就业形势愈发严峻。高等教育应以促进就业为导向,为学生提供全程化就业指导,能够依照行业变化及时调整施教内容,同时提供精准化就业规划和就业心理引导等,充分发挥出高等教育在提升大学生就业能力方面的关键作用。
With the continuous expansion of higher education,the problem of employment difficulties for college students has become particularly prominent.In recent years,due to the COVID-19 pandemic and global economic instability,some companies have downsized or undergone industrial restructuring,making the employment situation for college students even more challenging.Higher education should be oriented towards promoting employment and provide comprehensive career guidance for students.It should be able to adjust the teaching content in a timely manner according to industry changes,while also offering precise career planning and psychological guidance for employment,fully leveraging the crucial role of higher education in enhancing the employability of college students.
