摘要：研究了十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂的合成工艺 ,得出烷基化的最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量为n(反应物 )∶n(催化剂 ) =5∶1;反应时间 5h ;反应温度 70℃ ;二苯醚的转化率 82 %。发烟硫酸磺化的最佳反应条件为 :发烟硫酸的w(游离SO3 ) =15 % ;反应温度 35℃ ;反应时间 1h ;n(反应物 )∶n(发烟硫酸 ) =1∶2 5 ;磺酸基数目为 1 90。氯磺酸磺化的最佳反应条件为 :反应时间 2 0min ;n(反应物 )∶n(氯磺酸 ) =1∶5 ;反应温度 15℃ ;磺酸基数目为 1 92。
The synthetic technique of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate was studied.The best reaction conditions were determined.Alkylation was carried out with n (reactants)∶ n (catalyst)=5∶1 at 70 ℃ for 5 h to attain 82% yield.Sulfonation with oleum of w (SO 3)=15% and n (reactant)∶ n (oleum)=1.0∶2.5 was carried out at 35 ℃ for 1 h.Average number of sulfonic acid group per molecule(Yi) was 1.90.For sulfonation with chlorosulfonic acid,reaction was carried out with n (reactant)∶ n (ClSO 3H)=1∶5 at 15 ℃ for 20 min to get Yi=1 92.
