摘要：科学发展正能量是科学发展观视阈下涵盖经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明五位一体的能量体系,具有鲜明的开放性、创新性、实效性、协同性、永续性等特征。集聚科学发展正能量是在党的坚强领导下,在科学发展观的指引下,在"五位一体"总布局中努力夯实经济根基、开创清明政治、发展先进文化、推动社会和谐、建设生态文明,不断集聚中国特色社会主义建设的正能量源泉。
The positive energy for scientific development is the energy system among economy, politics, culture, society and ecological civilization under the scientific outlook on development. It is with distinctive characteristics of the openness, innovation, effectiveness, coordination and sustainability. Assembling the positive energy for scientific development should be under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China and under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development. It aims to gather positive energy sources of building the socialism with Chinese characteristics in ＂five in one＂ overall layout by consolidating economic foundation, initiating clean and honest politics, developing advanced culture, promoting social harmony and constructing ecological civilization.
