摘要:通过1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(6FAPB),4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和3,3,4,4-二苯砜四羧酸二酐(DSDA)进行缩聚反应,合成了聚酰亚胺(PI)。该聚酰亚胺具有较高的摩尔质量(数均摩尔质量为14万g/mol)、良好的热稳定性(在800℃时的质量保留率为16.9%)及电解液润湿性(电解液/PI薄膜接触角为16.00°)。以该聚酰亚胺作为锂离子电池的黏结剂和隔膜,在2C的电流密度下,经过200次循环,其电池容量保留率是聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)传统黏结剂与聚乙烯(PE)隔膜组合的1.4倍,并且提高了电池的安全性。
Polyimide (PI) was synthesized by 1,4- (4-amino-2-methyl phenoxy) benzene ( 6FAPB), 4,4-diamino diphenyl ether (ODA) and 3, 3, 4, 4-diphenyl sulfonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (DSDA). The polyimide has high number-average molar mass (M. = 140 000 g/mol), good thermal stability ( weight retention rate of 16.9% at 800 ℃ ) and electrolyte wettability ( contact angle of electrolyte/ PI film is 16.00°). The capacity retention of lithium ion battery with the polyimide as binder and separator is 1.4 times than the combination of traditional poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) binder and polyethylene (PE) separator after 200 cycles in the condition of 2C current density, and the security of the battery is improved.
