摘要：采用丁腈橡胶作为橡胶弹性体,通过涂装工艺,成功地制备了金属丁腈橡胶复合密封板材,并按照相关标准对部分性能进行了测试。结果显示该材料具有优异的压缩回弹性能、极好的抗蠕变松弛性能和耐介质性能,金属与橡胶之间的粘结牢固,复合密封材料兼具有橡胶等弹性体的高压缩回弹性,又具备金属的强度和尺寸稳定性,是一种十分理想的车用密封材料。
The nitrile rubber-metal composite was made by coating process, and the properties were tested according to the relevant standards. The results show that the material has excellent compressibility and recovery, low creep relaxation, excellent performance of fluid resistance, the film of rubber is bonded firmly to the metal. Rubber-metal composite is a kind of ideal sealing material, which combines the flexibility owned by the rubber with the strength and dimensional stability owned by the metal.
