摘要:以小试和中试为基础 ,双环戊二烯为原料生产戊二醛 ,对环戊烯双氧水氧化制戊二醛过程进行工程开发研究 ,建立环戊烯氧化反应宏观动力学模型。为实现戊二醛生产工艺过程的连续化 ,用环戊烯氧化动力学简化二级模型对全混流反应器进行多定态 (包括极限环 )热稳定性的动态分析 。
On the basis of the bench and pilot tests, the kinetic model was established on the study of the preparation of glutaraldehyde by cyclopentene. The dynamic analysis of the stability characters of multiple steady states including limit cycles was made by both the local linearization method and numerical computation for simplification of the two order reaction carried out in a stirred tank reactor so as to realize the continuation of the whole process of the glutaraldehyde production.
