摘要:研究开发以 4 (N ,N 二环己基 ) 胺甲基吗啉为主剂的气相防锈剂HA 3,采用多种方法对其气相防锈能力进行了评价。结果表明 ,它是一种性能优良的黑色金属气相防锈剂 ,对铜、铝等有色金属也有一定的保护作用。采用Kundsun法测定其饱和蒸汽压 (2 3℃ )为 1.2 9× 10 - 2 Pa ,电化学极化曲线研究表明 ,它对金属的阴极电化学过程有明显的抑制作用。
N, N dicyclohexylamine methyl) morpholine (DCHAM) was employed as main ingredient of HA 3 vapor phase inhibitor. The vapor corrosion inhibition performance of HA 3 was appraised by several methods. It was shown that the VPI was good for ferrous metal. Its saturated vapor pressure was determined by Kundsun's method under high vaccum conditions, about 1.29×10 -2 Pa at 23 ℃. Electrochemical polarization curves study showed that it had inhibitive effect on cathodic process of electrode.
