摘要:NOVELTY - An electrolyte is added into an aqueous dispersion solution of styrene, acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate triblock copolymer nanoparticles, after the electrolyte is dissolved by stirring. The electrolyte is taken as water phase and poured into an oil phase and magnetically stirred to form water-in-oil type high internal phase emulsion, which is then allowed to standstill for at room temperature predetermined time, frozen and dried, to form low-density polymer porous material. The solvent is toluene, xylene or chloroform. USE - Preparation of porous material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides porous material having density of 0.027-0.1 g/cm3 and pore diameter of 20-200 mu m, using simple process without causing pollution to environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrolyte is added into an aqueous dispersion solution of styrene, acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate triblock copolymer nanoparticles, after the electrolyte is dissolved by stirring. The electrolyte as water phase and poured into an oil phase and magnetically stirred to form water-in-oil type high internal phase emulsion, which is then allowed to standstill for at room temperature predetermined time, frozen and dried, to form low-density polymer porous material. The solvent is toluene, xylene or chloroform. The content of emulsion and aqueous phase is 10-30% and 70-90%, respectively. The polymer nanoparticles are styrene, acrylic acid or methyl methacrylate triblock copolymer. The solid content of polymer nanoparticles aqueous dispersion liquid is 3-12%. The electrolyte is sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride or magnesium chloride. The content of electrolyte is 0-3.6% of the content of aqueous phase.
