摘要:在设计的蒸汽-水换热实验台上测试了5种不同导程的椭圆扭曲管和圆管的传热和流动阻力性能。分别对5种不同导程的扭曲管和圆管管内流体努赛尔数,摩擦系数和管内综合评价因子随雷诺数变化情况进行了对比。实验结果表明:扭曲管的强化传热性能明显,且导程越小,强化传热效果越好。在实验测试的雷诺数范围内,扭曲管的努塞尔数为光滑圆管的1.05—1.4倍,摩擦系数为光滑圆管的1.1—1.4倍。文中对实验数据进行分析并归纳出了管内传热与阻力关联式,为工程设计提供参考。
The heat transfer and flow friction performance of 5 twisted elliptical tubes with different screw pitch and smooth tube were tested on the basis of designed vapor-water exchange experimental apparatus.The change trend of Nusselt number,the friction factor,the comprehensive function evaluation factor,and Reynolds number of inner-tube liquid of 5 twisted elliptical tubes with different screw pitch and smooth tube were compared.The results indicate that the heat transfer of twisted elliptical tubes are more effective.The shorter screw pitch it is,the better heat transfer enhancement it is.The Nusselt number of the twisted tube is about 1.05-1.4 times that of smooth tube,and the friction factor of the twisted tube is about 1.1-1.4 times that of smooth tube in a testing range of Reynolds number.Based on the experimental data,the empirical criterion equation of heat transfer and pressure drop inside tube is ruled out,which can be referred in engineering design.
