摘要:采用三种不同方法对泰乐星发酵液进行预处理 ,其中 GSL U絮凝剂效果最好。最适加量为1.0 % ,絮凝 p H7.5。采用离子交换、大网格树脂吸附和有机溶剂萃取三种方法提取泰乐星 ,并进行比较 ,实验得出后两种方法较为合适。吸附法中 ,筛选了 BZ- 84大网格吸附树脂 ,其最适吸附 p H为 8.5~ 9.0 ,用有机溶剂 BT解吸 ,解吸收率达 97%~ 99%。溶剂萃取法中 ,选用乙酸丁酯为萃取剂 ,适宜的萃取 p H为 8.5~ 9.0 ,适当提高萃取温度有利于萃取。
Three methods are used as pretreatment of the tylosin broth. Flocculant GSLU had a best result among others. It is shown that 0.1% of flocculant GSLU and pH7.5 were the optimum conditions of flocculation. Ion exchange, macroreticular adsorption and solvent extraction were used as recovery of the tylosin and were compared with each other. Experimental results showed that the latter two were more suitable than the former of the three. For macroreticular adsorption, BZ 84 macroreticular resin was screened out, and pH of optimum adsorption was 8.5~9.0, and the desorption yield with solvent BT was 97%~99%. Optimum extraction pH was 8.5~9.0 with butylacetate for solvent extraction. Moderate raising the temperature was favou rable to extraction.
