摘要：采取文献分析、逻辑推理等研究方法,回顾和总结了国际活力城市建设的缘起与发展动向,探讨了不同领域对活力城市概念的内涵理解,凝练出国际活力城市建设的基本经验,即倡导“主动健康”理念,推行健康的体育生活方式;注重打造“活力社区”,推动体育生活化;高度关注弱势群体,构建共享体育参与机制;构建国际协作网络,提高国际化和标准化水平。结合我国城市实际,提出本土活力城市建设的建议,即高度重视体育对城市健康可持续发展的价值;夯实社区基础建设,促进形成城市生态系统;多元参与,推进政府、市场、社会协作机制;坚持创新引领,积极嵌入国际网络对接国际经验与本土实践。
Based on the review of the origin and development trend of international Active City construction and the understanding of the connotation of the concept of dynamic city in different fields,the basic experiences of international Active City construction were summarized in this paper by means of literature analysis and logical reasoning.Such as advocating"active health"and promoting a positive sports lifestyle;coordinating the supply of public sports facilities and services;building a mechanism for everyone to enjoy and multi-party coordination;improving the level of internationalization and standardization.Lastly,some suggestions were put forward for the construction of local Active Cities:attaching great importance to the important value of sports;strengthen community infrastructure construction;establishing a promotion mechanism;adhering to the innovation guidance.
