摘要:用多参数全自动发酵罐进行金霉素发酵实验 ,研究了发酵初期菌体生长特性且初步说明了混沌现象。通过对菌体比生长速率 ( μ)的即时模拟曲线与葡萄糖消耗速率曲线的比较 ,对金霉素发酵初期的生长状态进行了较深入分析 ,并且通过呼吸商 ( RQ)与 p H的曲线分析 ,对上述分析作了进一步的解释。结果表明 ,通过对初始状态作轻微改变 ,使菌体的比生长速率在短时间内达到最大值 ( 0 .0 6h-1~ 0 .0 8h-1)后稳定在一个适当的范围内时 ,不仅可以使效价有较大提高 。
The initial growth phase and chaos in chlortetracycline fermentation process were analysed by an automatic measurement and control bioreactor system. The relationship between the on line calculated instantaneous specific growth rate ( μ ) and the glucose consumed rate was investigated to make a deeper analysis of the initial growth phase during chlortetracycline fermentation process, and a further explanation of above investigation was given by the analysis of RQ and pH. Results show a little change in the initial grow phase and an appropriate range of the specific growth rate after a maximum value could not only increase chlortetracycline production, but shorten the fermentation process period.
