摘要：Flibaserin is a drug for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder in pre-menopausal women. Four solid forms of flibanserin were discovered, including form A, form I, form II, and form III. The properties of these forms were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Single-crystal structures of form A and form I were identified by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The host molecule conformations, H-bonding interactions, as well as packing arrangements of these single crystals were analyzed. Besides, stability and solid-state transition of these forms were investigated. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
