摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of mesoporous calcium silicate comprises mixing phosphorus-123 (P123), water and anhydrous ethanol at ratio of 1:36-36.5:1, clarifying, stir-mixing at 36-40 degrees C, adding hydrochloric acid, dripping tetraethyl orthosilicate, stirring to get white turbid solution, adding calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and magnesium nitrate hexahydrate, stirring for 1-2 hours to get reaction liquid; and aging at 92-98 degrees C for 3-4 days, removing supernatant by pump filtering, precipitating at 78-82 degrees C, and drying at 540-560 degrees C for 5-7 hours. USE - Method for preparing mesoporous calcium silicate used in preparing bone prosthesis (all claimed) for accelerating bone healing and stimulating bone growth. ADVANTAGE - The calcium silicate has uniform grain diameter, uniform mesoporous hole diameter, and good biological activity and biological compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of mesoporous calcium silicate and magnesium/polyether ether ketone composite material comprising mixing20-40 wt.% mesoporous calcium silicate magnesium and 60-80 wt.% polyether ether ketone, mixing anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonic dispersing, evaporating ethanol at 58-62 degrees C, press forming, sintering molding at 650-360 degrees C, and incubating for 2-3 hours; and (2) production of bone prosthesis comprising mixing mesoporous calcium silicate and magnesium/polyether ether ketone composite material with ethanol, ultrasonic dispersing at 58-62 degrees C, evaporating ethanol, molding and sintering.
