摘要:建立模拟激光冲击残余应力场的非线性弹塑性有限元模型。采用ABAQUS仿真软件实现激光冲击残余应力场仿真,根据显式分析得到材料内部应力,验证显式分析过程的正确性。分析单次和多次冲击下材料内部的残余应力场分布,分析结果与试验结果比较吻合。
A non-linear elastic-plastic finite element method to predict the residual stress distribution induced by Laser Shock Processing(LSP) was established. ABAQUS is used to simulate residual stress field of material treated by laser shock processing. The stress during explieit dynamic analysis is discussed and is well correlated with the result derived by shock wave theory. Residual stress distribution of single and multiple laser shock is analyzed and validated by experimental result.
