摘要:合成了不同数均分子质量的聚丙二醇型端环氧基聚氨酯(ETPU),即ETPU700、ETPU1000、ETPU1500及ETPU2000。采用红外光谱,冲击性能测试,电镜分析及动态热机械分析研究了ETPU对环氧树脂的增韧效果。结果表明产物结构中存在恶唑烷酮杂环,这是环氧基与异氰酸酯基反应的结果。对于ETPU1000、ETPU1500和ETPU2000,ETPU/EP的冲击性能随ETPU用量增加提高,但当3种ETPU的添加质量分数分别超过7%、5%、3%时其冲击性能下降。对于ETPU700,ETPU/EP的冲击值则随其用量增加缓慢上升。ETPU/EP呈两相结构,橡胶颗粒的粒径随ETPU用量增加变大,且断面呈典型的韧性断裂。与纯树脂相比,ETPU/EP的损耗角正切值变大,同时Tg下降。
The poly(propylene glycol)-based polyurethane(ETPU)with different number-average molecular weights,namely ETPU700,ETPU1000,ETPU1500 and ETPU2000 were synthesized.The ETPU toughening effect on epoxy resin was investigated by IR,impact performance testing,electron microscopy and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results indicated the presence of heterocyclic oxazolidinone structure of the product was the result of reaction between the epoxy group and isocyanate group. The impact properties of ETPU were increased with the increasing of ETPU1000,ETPU1500 and ETPU2000 amounts,but when the mass fraction was more than 7%,5% and 3%,respectively,the impact performance were decreased. The impact value of ETPU / EP was increased slowly with the increasing of ETPU700 amonut. The ETPU/EP had a two-phase structure and the rubber particles grow up with the incresing of ETPU amount. The surface was typical ductile fracture. Compared with the pure resin,the loss angle tangent of ETPU/EP became larger,while the Tgwas decreased.
