摘要:针对聚氨酯包覆层含羟基组分的聚醚多元醇极易吸水,影响后续产品使用性能的问题,探索将分子筛吸附技术应用于其脱水的可能性。考察了在静态吸附条件下分子筛种类、质量浓度对脱水效果的影响;通过不同空速下的固定床吸附实验评价其脱水性能。结果表明,脱水效率随分子筛吸附剂投料量的增加而升高,且4A分子筛的性能最佳,其质量浓度为500 g/L时,水分去除率达到91.6%;在动态吸附实验中,较低的质量空速可以保证足够的停留时间,实现聚醚预聚物的稳定脱水,出口水含量稳定低于500 mg/L,达到后段工艺的接收标准。
Aiming at the problem that polyether polyol with hydroxyl component in polyurethane coating is easy to absorb water,which affects the performance of subsequent products,the possibility of applying molecular sieve adsorption technology to its dehydration is explored.The effects of molecular sieve type and mass concentration on dehydration effect under static adsorption conditions were investigated.The dehydration performance was evaluated by fixed bed adsorption experiments at different airspeed.The results show that the dehydration efficiency increases with the increase of molecular sieve adsorbent dosage,and the performance of 4A molecular sieve is the best.When its mass concentration is 500 g/L,the water removal rate reaches 91.6%.In the dynamic adsorption experiment,the lower mass airspeed can ensure enough residence time,realize the stable dehydration of polyether prepolymer,and the outlet water content is less than 500 mg/L,which meets the acceptance standard of the later process.
