摘要：NOVELTY - High-purity isovaleryl spiramycin II and isovaleryl spiramycin III are synchronously prepared by using bitespiramycin as raw material; and subjecting to high-speed counter-current chromatography utilizing solvent system at eluting agent. The solvent system comprises n-hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol or ethanol, and water having a volume ratio of 1.4-2:0.1-0.4:1:0.8-1.7. USE - Method of synchronously preparing high-purity isovaleryl spiramycin II and isovaleryl spiramycin III. ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency, fast reaction speed, and no sample loss; and prepares isovaleryl spiramycin II having a purity of more than 90% and isovaleryl spiramycin III having a purity of more than 96%.
