摘要：运用联盟管理能力高效获取和利用企业外部异质性知识,对于提升企业创新绩效具有重要意义。本研究选取上海、江苏和浙江261个创新类企业为样本,考察企业间知识异质性对创新绩效的直接影响,以及联盟管理能力如何对这种关系产生调节效应。研究结果表明:企业间知识异质性对创新绩效具有倒U效应;联盟管理能力(沟通能力、协调能力和粘结能力)正向调节企业间知识异质性与创新绩效间的曲线关系。本研究为企业利用外部异质性知识和提高创新绩效提供了理论解释和参考。
It has a positive impact on improving a firm＇ s innovation performance to use its alliance management capability to acquire and make use of heterogeneous knowledge. Using a survey data of 261 firms from innovation- intensive industries in East China, this study examines the direct relationship between inter-enterprise knowledge hetero- geneity and innovation performance, and analyses the moderating effects of alliance management capability on the relationship. The empirical research results show that there is an inverse U-shaped relationship between inter-enterprise knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance. In addition, we also find that alliance management capability （communication, coordination and bonding） positively and significantly moderates the link between inter-enterprise knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance. This study provides a theoretical basis and an effective approach for enterprises to effectively apply external knowledge and improve innovation performance.
