摘要：NOVELTY - A thiazole derivative (I), is new. USE - New thiazole derivative or its salt or ester is used in pharmaceutical composition for preparing medicine, for treating DHODH-mediated diseases chosen from autoimmune disease, bacterial infection, parasitic disease, and tumor in subject. The autoimmune diseases are chosen from rheumatoid arthritis, organ transplant rejection, and psoriasis (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A thiazole derivative of formula (I), is new. R1=H, optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl or 3-6C cycloalkyl; R2=H, halo, CN, NO2, hydroxy, NR'aR'b, or 1-6C alkyl or 1-6C alkoxy (both optionally substituted); R'a,R'b=H or 1-6C alkyl; R3=H, or optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl; R4=H or halo; m=0-4;and n=0-5. (i) When R2 is H and R3 is H, R1 is not H. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the derivative (I) and a carrier.
