摘要：随着数字经济整体规模的不断扩增,数字经济赋能体育产业深度融合已然成为推进体育产业高质量发展的关键途径与重要抓手。据此,研究立足于数字经济赋能体育产业深度融合的内在机理,在明晰数字经济赋能体育产业深度融合的价值意蕴基础上,着重审视数字经济赋能体育产业深度融合在数字平台、数字技术、数字基建与数字人才等方面所存阻滞困境,发现平台垄断乱象拉低体育产业重组型融合质效、底层技术不足掣肘体育产业渗透型融合水平、数字基建薄弱掣肘体育产业交叉型融合深度、复合人才缺失影响体育产业深度融合进程等问题,并建议从推行数字平台动态监管治理体系、细化数字技术嵌入实施细则、树立体育企业数字基建改造升级意识、推进从业人员与后备人才双管齐下4个方面强化数字经济赋能体育产业深度融合的驱动效能,从而进一步夯实体育产业在社会主义现代化体育强国建设中的关键作用。
With the continuous expansion of the overall scale of the digital economy,empowering the sports industry to deeply integrate has become a key and important lever to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry.In view of the above,this study is based on the internal mechanism of the deep integration of the sports industry empowered by the digital economy.On the basis of clarifying the value implications of the deep integration of the sports industry empowered by the digital economy,this research focuses on examining the impeding predicament in the deep integration of the sports industry empowered by the digital economy on digital platforms,digital technology,digital infrastructure,and digital talents.It is found that the chaos of platform monopoly has lowered the quality and efficiency of the sports industry restructuring integration,the lack of underlying technology hinders the level of penetration and integration in the sports industry,the weakness of digital infrastructure hinders the depth of cross integration in the sports industry,and that the lack of composite talents affects the process of deep integration in the sports industry.It is suggested that four aspects,i.e.implementing a dynamic supervision and governance system for digital platforms,refining the implementation rules for digital technology embedding,establishing awareness of digital infrastructure transformation and upgrading in sports enterprises,and promoting a dual approach between practitioners and reserve talents,should be implemented to strengthen the driving effectiveness of the digital economy empowering the deep integration of the sports industry,thereby further consolidating the key role of the sports industry in the construction of a socialist modern sports power.
