摘要：A kind of quinolineozaline compounds is obtained by the reaction 8-quinolinecarboxylic acid on alkamine and has a chiral center at its position 4, so it has two mutamers which are dextro quinolineozaline and levo quinolineozaline compounds. The mixture which has the same quantity of the two mutamers is D-L-quinolineozaline, which has wide applications such as in asymmetrical cyclopropane reaction with higher stereo selectivity (its e.e value can reach more than 50%).
