摘要:NOVELTY - Co-production of 1-3C dialkyl carbonate and 1-3C dialkyl oxalate comprises dividing a product from a 1-3C dialkyl carbonate synthesis reactor to a first liquid phase and a first gaseous phase; dividing a product from a 1-3C dialkyl oxalate synthesis reactor to a second liquid phase and a second gaseous phase; feeding blended gaseous phases to the first rectifying tower, and feeding the second liquid phase; dividing the tower top fraction generated in the first rectifying tower to a third liquid phase and a third gaseous phase; and feeding the third liquid phase. USE - Method for the co-production of 1-3C dialkyl carbonate, preferably dimethyl carbonate, and 1-3C dialkyl oxalate, preferably dimethyloxalate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces energy demands, and is inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Co-production of 1-3C dialkyl carbonate and 1-3C dialkyl oxalate comprises: (A) dividing a product from a 1-3C dialkyl carbonate synthesis reactor to a first liquid phase and a first gaseous phase; (B) dividing a product from a 1-3C dialkyl oxalate synthesis reactor to a second liquid phase and a second gaseous phase; (C) feeding the first liquid phase to a first rectifying tower from a tower top portion, feeding blended first and second gaseous phases to the first rectifying tower from a middle lower portion of the tower, and feeding the second liquid phase to the first rectifying tower from a tower bottom portion, where during rectification, pure 1-3C dialkyl oxalate fraction is produced from the bottom of the first rectifying tower; (D) dividing the tower top fraction generated in the first rectifying tower to a third liquid phase and a third gaseous phase; and (E) feeding the third liquid phase to a second rectifying tower from the tower middle portion to generate pure 1-3C dialkyl carbonate at the bottom of the second rectifying tower. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device for the co-production of 1-3C dialkyl carbonate and 1-3C dialkyl oxalate.
