摘要:采用超临界甲醇解聚的方法,将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)降解为对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和丁二醇两种单体.利用液相色谱法分析产物DMT,建立了较好的分析方法.其实验操作条件如下:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,流动相为甲醇-水(3:1,V/V),检测波长254 nm.测定结果为DMT含量在0.005~0.25μg,线性关系良好.该方法具有高色谱分辨率、简单、准确、重复性好等特点.
An accurate method for the DMT (dimethyl terephthlate) content on depolymerization of PBT(polybutylene terephthalate) was studied by means of high performance liquid chromatography on Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm) with methanol and water (3 : 1, V : V) as mobile phase. The calibration curve of DMT was liner in the range of 0. 005-0. 25 μg(n=5), r=0. 999 9 and RSD=1. 25%. The determination limit of DMT content was 0. 005 μg.
