摘要:NOVELTY - Spherical crosslinking cellulose particles are prepared by heating alpha -pulp or cotton and other cellulose materials, N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide aqueous solution and antioxidant; adding dispersing agent and emulsifying agent; stirring; cooling; adding low boiling point solvent and deionized water; filtering; distilling the filtrate; adding flocculating agent to the distillate; clarifying the filtrate; adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent; heating; neutralizing; filtering; and washing the filter cake with acetone and deionized water. USE - Method of preparing spherical crosslinking cellulose particles. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares product that can resist a pressure of 7-10 bar, and having spherical or oval shape, grain size distribution of 10-900 mu m, water content of 80-95%, wet density of 1.02-1.1 g/ml, macro porous structure, diameter distribution of 10 nm to 1 mu m and average diameter of 100-500 nm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Spherical crosslinking cellulose particles are prepared by: (A) mixing alpha -pulp or cotton and other cellulose materials to obtain mixture A; (B) mixing (pts.wt.) mixture A (1), N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide aqueous solution (7-60) and antioxidant (0.001-0.05); (C) heating at 80-110 degrees C to obtain transparent yellowish-brown solution; (D) adding (pts.wt.) dispersing agent (3-7), emulsifying agent (0.02-0.25) and heated solution (0.02-0.25); (E) stirring at 100-110 degrees C for 2 hours and cooling to room temperature; (F) adding low boiling point solvent (1 pt.wt.), adding deionized water, filtering, and distilling the filtrate; (G) adding flocculating agent to the distillate, filtering, and clarifying the filtrate using negative and positive ion column; (H) mixing (pts.wt.) clarification product, 7% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (2-5) and epichlorohydrin (0.1-5) as crosslinking agent; and (I) heating at 60 degrees C for 3 hours, neutralizing, filtering, and washing the filter cake with acetone and deionized water.
