摘要:采用模压成型方法研制了麻短纤维增强软木橡胶基复合密封材料,并研究了该材料的主要性能及其与组成和成型工艺的关系。结果表明,纤维的加入有利于提高该材料的拉伸强度、耐油性、耐热老化性能和抗蠕变松弛性能,纤维含量、长径比和纤维的表面处理及合理的成型工艺对材料的主要性能有较明显的影响,该材料是一种理想的新型非石棉密封材料。
In this paper, the no asbestos fiber reinforced cork and rubber gasket material was made by the jute fiber instead of asbestos. The effects of the composition and manufacturing technology on the properties of the gasket were discussed in detail. The results show that fiber can improve the tensile strength, oil resistance, heat resistance and creep relaxation resistance of the sheet. And it was found that the main properties of the gasket material depend on aspect ratio, content of fiber, fibre matrix adhesion and manufacturing technology. The new material could be used in a wide range of industries as asbestos substitute.
