摘要：NOVELTY - Corrosion inhibitor comprises amino acid and molybdenum disulfide with ratio of 10-1000:1, where the amino acid is L-serine, L-arginine, cystine and methionine. USE - The corrosion inhibitor is useful for inhibiting metal corrosion, preferably copper metal (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The corrosion inhibitor reduces metal corrosion under strong acid or seawater conditions; contains low toxicity raw materials; and is suitable for industrial copper materials and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) system with corrosion inhibiting property comprises salt solution or dilute acid solution dispersed with 3-30 mmol/l of amino acids with 10-50 mg/l molybdenum disulfide; and (2) system configuration method comprising (a) preparing molybdenum disulfide powder using physical method by dispersing molybdenum disulfide powder in ethanol/water to obtain molybdenum disulfide with ethanol/water dispersion, vacuum extracting and distilling to remove the ethanol and drying at 10-50 degrees C to obtain the refined molybdenum disulfide powder, and dispersing molybdenum disulfide powder in water to obtain aqueous dispersion of molybdenum disulfide and (b) adding amino acid solution and mixing, using system solution, controlling the final concentration of the amino acid to 3-30 mmol/l, the final concentration of the molybdenum disulfide is 10-50 mg/l and evenly distributing corrosion inhibiting performance, where the system solution is salt water or dilute acid.
