摘要：合成了阴离子碳菁染料１ ，１’二乙基３ ，３’二（γ磺丙基）５ ，５’二三氟甲基咪碳菁钠盐及其中间体，通过红外光谱、核磁共振与质谱对染料结构进行了表征。测定了染料在１１ 种溶剂中的紫外可见吸收光谱，通过把染料在不同溶剂中的吸收波数γ＝ （λｍａｘ） － １（ｃｍ － １） 与溶剂的 Ｂａｙｌｉｓｓ 函数ｆ（ｎ） ＝ （ｎ２ － １）／（２ｎ２ ＋ １） 进行关联，发现两者具有一定的线性关系，但相关系数不太理想。考虑到溶剂极化对染料光谱吸收的影响，引进了函数ｆ（ｎ ，ε）＝ ｆ（ｎ） ＋ α（ε－ １）／（ε＋ ２） 进行关联。当反映溶剂极化影响的比例因子α取负号时，两者具有很好的线性关系，相关系数达到０９６ 以上。α取正号时，两者的相关性不好。而且，随着溶剂极性增大，染料吸收峰产生蓝移，染料呈现负性溶剂化显色效应。
Anionic carbocyanine dye,5,5' bis trifluoromethyl 1,1' diethyl 3,3' bis (3 sulfopropyl) benzimidazolocarbocyanine sodium salt and its intermediates were synthesized in this paper.The structure of this dye has been characterized by infra red spectroscopy (IR),nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1H NMR)and mass spectroscopy(MS).UV vis spectra of this dye in eleven kinds of different solvents have been determined.Wave numbers corresponding to maximum absorption wavelengths of this dye in different solvents were correlated with Bayliss function f(n)=(n 2-1)(2n 2+1).It was found that wave numbers were linear with f(n),but the linear correlation coefficient was not perfect.When the effect of solvent polarization on the spectrum absorption of the dye was considered,and the sign of α which reflects the extent of solvent polarization was negative,better linearity has been obtained in correlating wave numbers with the function(f(n,ε)=f(n)+α(ε-1)/(ε+2).The correlation coefficient was above 0 96.When the sign of α is positive,the correlation of wave number with f(n,ε) was not so good.Moreover,as the polarity of the solvent increased,the absorption peak of the dye blue shifted.This dye showed the negative solvatochromic effect.
