摘要:Foaming tendency of turbine oil is diverse due to the variance in turbine oil components, including the type and content of additives and base oils. A common amine phosphate (AP) was investigated as an anti-wear additive in turbine oil. According to ASTM D892, the AP exhibited severe foam accumulation when blended with five kinds of polyol esters, respectively. There is a positive correlation between foam accumulation volume and elasticity modulus. Moreover, adding 0.02 wt% defoamer (T921) could reduce foam accumulation volume and elasticity modulus effectively.
