摘要：NOVELTY - Temperature-sensitive lipopeptides (I), are new. USE - The lipopeptide-liposomes are useful in preparing target medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lipopeptide-liposomes achieves the goal of drug delivery using different ratio and different phase transformation temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Temperature-sensitive lipopeptides of formula ((CH3-(CH2)n- (V1XXL1XXX)m) (I), are new. n = 4-10; m = 3-5; V1 = valine; L1 = leucine; and X = hydrophilic amino acids except valine and leucine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for temperature-sensitive lipopeptide-liposomes, comprising (I) and phospholipids in a molar ratio of 1-50:200 by self-assembly.
