摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing foamed polymer with supercritical fluid, comprises: placing macro-molecular polymer into supercritical fluid, swelling and permeating at T1 temperature, and then cooling the fluid to a foaming temperature of T2, preserving temperature and maintaining, and then quickly releasing pressure to normal pressure, and cooling, obtaining polymer foamed material having uniform foam pores and controllable size. USE - The method is useful for preparing foamed polymer with supercritical fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method takes macro-molecular polymer as raw material, it overcomes the defect that the prior foamed polymer technology has long saturation time, small dissolution and limited crystallization zone for growing foam pores, thus to greatly improve production efficiency and improve structures of foam pores.
