摘要：结合华东理工大学化工专业实验室在ABET认证过程中所作的一系列安全改造工作,提出了"以人为本、加强风险防范"的实验室安全管理模式,根据实验室常见的风险种类,采用HAZOP法对工程类实验装置进行安全评价,制定科学规范的防护措施和应急预案,有利于提高硬件设施的安全防护性。同时,论文围绕"风险防范",从风险事故的预警、减少、紧急处置三个方面讨论了如何加强实验室安全管理和学生安全教育,相关措施富有成效。化工专业实验室顺利通过ABET专家的现场考察,其建设经验可为工程类专业、特别是化工专业开展国际化认证或工程教育国际化改革提供借鉴。
A ＂people-oriented and hazard-prevented＂mode for laboratory safety,maintenance,and management is proposed. This mode is based on the strategies for improving laboratory safety work of Chemical Engineering Teaching Laboratory in ECUST,especially for ABET accreditation. Detailed description on specific measures and methods on constructing safety facilities are provided. A systematic scheme on safety facilities construction is designed to manage common laboratory hazards,and the HAZOP strategy is applied to perform risk assessment of engineering experimental devices,which is regarded as a guideline to develop defensive measures and emergency plans. At the same time,some effective measures oriented by hazard and emergency treatment are proposed to reinforce laboratory safety management and safety training. It is believed that the current work will be very helpful for those universities who are engaged or will be engaged with international professional certifications.
