摘要：IT管理咨询是知识与技术双密集型产业,知识是其核心资源和主要产品,加强对知识的管理尤为重要。分析了IT管理咨询业务流程,在此基础上绘制了IT管理咨询业务流程的知识历程图,并通过对其业务流程相关知识的梳理,构建了IT管理咨询的知识网络图。
IT consulting is the knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industry,and knowledge is the core resource and main product.So how to manage its knowledge is an important problem for IT consulting organizations.In this paper,based on the analysis on IT consulting process,we draw up the knowledge storyboard.After clearing up the knowledge in IT consulting process,we construct its knowledge network map.
