摘要:NOVELTY - Extracting coenzyme A substance from Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells comprises (i) inactivating the Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture using liquid nitrogen inactivation to obtain a treated cell sample, (ii) extracting the treated cell sample obtained in the step (i) by liquid nitrogen grinding extraction to obtain an intracellular extract containing the coenzyme A class substance. USE - The method is useful for extracting coenzyme A substance from Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provide a basis for the metabolic analysis of the metabolic characteristics of erythromycin in the synthesis process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for extracting organic acids from Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells, comprising: (i) inactivating the Saccharomyces carotovora culture using liquid nitrogen inactivation to obtain a treated cell sample, (ii) washing the cell sample obtained in step (i) to remove extracellular organic acids to obtain a washed cell sample AND (iii) washing the washed cell sample obtained in step (ii) with a boiling ethanol extraction method extract.
