摘要:膜分离技术作为新一代分离技术具有环境友好、效率高、操作便捷的优势,已成为过程工业节能减排的共性支撑技术.碳分子筛(CMS)膜是一类由聚合物前驱体在惰性气氛下高温热解制得的碳质无机膜,其微孔和超微孔结构分别提供了气体传输通道和优异的分子筛分能力,分离性能可以突破聚合物膜渗透率和选择性的平衡上限,且其刚性结构可适应高温、高压等苛刻工业分离条件,在工业气体分离纯化领域有广阔的应用前景.近年来,CMS膜的研究取得了显著进展,本文系统性阐述了CMS膜微结构形成过程以及气体通过CMS膜的传质机理,总结了用于CMS膜制备的不同聚合物前驱体,最后概述了CMS膜在气体分离、烯烃/烷烃分离、有机液体分离等方面的应用,并对CMS膜未来的研究方向和工业化应用前景进行了展望.
Membrane separation is a new generation of separation technology which has the advantages of environmental friendliness,high efficiency and convenient operation,having become a common support technology for energy conservation and emission reduction in process industry.Carbon molecular sieve(CMS)membrane is a carbon inorganic membrane prepared from the pyrolysis of polymeric precursor in certain atmosphere.The bimodal distributions of micropores and ultramicropores in CMS membrane provide gas transport pathway and molecular sieve separation ability which could break the upper bounds of polymeric membrane.Furthermore,the rigid microstructure of CMS membrane could resist high temperature and pressure thus having broad application prospect in industrial gas separation and purification.In recent years,remarkable progress has been achieved in the research of CMS membrane.This paper systematically describes the formation mechanism of CMS membrane microstructure and the mass transfer mechanism of gases in CMS membranes,summarizes different polymer precursors used in the preparation of CMS membrane and the application of CMS membrane in gas separation,olefins/alkanes separation,organic liquid separation,etc.The direction of future research and industrial application prospect of CMS membrane are also concluded.
