摘要：社区医疗卫生服务在各国医疗卫生体系中都具有十分重要的地位。各国不同的政治、经济、文化背景导致不同的社区医疗卫生服务模式,包括以政府主导的英国模式、市场主导的美国模式以及处于二者之间的新加坡模式。不同模式有其各自的优势及不足,文章在对国外三种主要社区医疗卫生服务模式进行分析比较及评述的基础之上,得出我国社区医疗卫生发展中的一些有益启示。
Community health service is an important part of health services system. Under the different political, economic and cultural backgrounds, there exist different serviee modes, mainly including three classes, those are market-oriented mode in the US, government-oriented mode in UK, and a compromised one in Singapore. And every kind of mode has its advantages and disadvantages. Based on the comparison and commentary on these three modes, enlightenment and reference for improving Chinese community health services can be obtained.
