摘要：目前以仲裁的方式解决两岸间的经贸纠纷正越来越得到两岸工商界、法律界的重视和认可,但由于政治原因和法律制度的不同,在一定程度上影响了两岸仲裁的合作。文章比较并分析了两岸仲裁法律制度的异同,以求在知己知彼的基础上,推动两岸仲裁合作的发展。
Arbitration, as a way to settle the dispute , is now being paid more and more attention to in both Taiwan and mainland . But the differences of politics and law system between them prevent their cooperation. This article compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of arbitration law system , and finds a way to promote the cooperation between Taiwan and the mainland in the field of arbitration.
