摘要：在网络竞争环境下,社会网络对企业技术创新绩效的作用也日益增强。本研究以苏州电子信息产业集群中的企业为研究对象,借鉴了社会网络的主要理论,采用企业访谈及问卷调查法进行数据收集,对企业社会网络与技术创新绩效的关系及企业学习的中介作用进行深入的探讨。研究结果表明,企业努力提高社会网络的四个维度,将有利于企业的学习,从而有效地促进企业技术创新绩效的提升。
In the network competition environment,the role of social networks on the technological innovation performance is increasing.This study uses the corporations in Suzhou electronic information industry as the research object,draws on the current the main theories of social network,uses interviews and questionnaire to conduct the data collection,and explores the relationship between the enterprise social network and technology innovation performance,and the intermediary role of enterprise learning in-depth.The research results show that if the enterprise improves the level of social network in four dimensions with their best efforts,the enterprise learning is more advantageous,and then the company can effectively promote the rise of technology innovation performance.
